Star Bit's Risingel was developed through repeated testing to ensure a plump finish,
creating a unique, three-dimensional finish. ♡

This value set includes everything you need for plump art: a primer gel, Bloom Gel in white and black, and a sparkling clear stick for drawing patterns!

It's a no-wipe type, so no wiping is required after application!

【Instructions】

1. After the color has cured, apply BLOOM GEL Primer as a base and cure for 60 seconds.
2. Apply BLOOM GEL Color. Without curing, use the included stick to create your desired art.
★The faster you apply it, the better the finish.
★Using a clean stick allows the gel to be wiped off smoothly.
③Once your art is complete, let it cure for 60 seconds to finish it off.
