SERUM'S Lash System 1-A contains cysteamine, but does not contain cysteamine hydrochloride.

Cysteamine
This product does not contain thioglycolic acid, which is more damaging than cysteamine.
Compared to conventional curling agents, cysteamine minimizes damage to eyelashes by efficiently reducing hair cystine bonds, which have a significant impact on curl formation.

Furthermore, compared to thioglycolic acid, it does not swell eyelashes, preventing the proteins inside the lashes from leaking out, resulting in a treatment with less damage.

"Cysteamine is thought to be less damaging to hair than thioglycolic acid for the following two reasons:
Reason 1: Cysteamine primarily reduces hair cystine bonds, which have a significant impact on wave formation.
Reason 2: Cysteamine treatment suppresses excessive swelling after treatment with Agent 1.
