Easily perform the topical root perm treatment!


I-Bill Magi Perm Rod is a rod that can be easily used for root perm (Korean pre-curl).
"Puri" means "root" in Korean, and it is a popular treatment these days when the root is fluffy.

Characteristics of root perm


・ Use a special curler to raise the rise only at the base.
・ Unlike conventional perms, do not apply chemicals to damaged hair tips.
・ Because it does not wind from the tip of the hair, it does not become a wave.
・ Since the drug is applied only to the root 2 to 3 cm away from the skin, there is no need to worry about bleeding.
・ A fluffy feeling can be obtained just by drying with a dryer.
・ Even if it grows, it is easy to get used to without any discomfort.
