Moisten the ball with water and steam it in a steamer or heat it in a microwave oven for 1-3 minutes before use. (After heating in a steamer or microwave oven, it will be hot, so let it cool down a little before use.

Storage Method】
After use, please dry the herb balls in a cool and well-ventilated place.
After drying, place in a ziplock or other airtight (container or bag) and store in the refrigerator.
If you have several weeks to spare before your next use, we recommend that you store them in the freezer.
