There is no problem with the quality. There are slight individual differences between each manufactured rod, but this is not due to pump failure. This is caused by the lack of air in the container. When the amount of face wash left in the pump drops to less than two-thirds, the lather will become better. (As the amount remaining in the main unit decreases and the air increases, it will foam better) ■About the cleaning power of Eglantier products pump face wash One of the reasons for poor lathering when you first use it is that the cleaning ingredients are limited to very expensive plant-derived ingredients. When using a petroleum-based surfactant, it lathers surprisingly well from the start, but it may irritate sensitive or delicate skin.
